Did many readings of "customer comments" of Amazon's (any other suppliers) many versions of "garden-grade" watering wands, before deciding to make this purchase. And keyed on the "leakages" incidents and time stamp occurrences. All because my most recent purchase, of a "total three-time, identical brand name" series of purchases", of a long-handled wand, squeeze controlled watering wand, has resulted in two "fully spurting" leaks occurring after one year's use in 2023, and over winter storage in a heated and humidity-controlled basement. And more specifically, these leaks occurring at squeeze handle and its securing ring. So, what has happened with this latest one? The use of cheaper plastics? Or the overuse of the parts molds being done, or failure to provide a good fit at the apparent water leakage sites, or quite possibly, a shift to a different Chinese manufacturers of this identical watering wand? Who knows, but it has made me buy this watering wand instead!Its Pros: Am liking its simplicity of its mostly, one-piece design. And its retained-position, flow control U-handle. And Cons: Am not thrilled with its shorter length but find it livable! But my biggest con is the usage of flat, stiff rubber (or dried out "multi-purchase" shelf stock) washers, instead of the more supple (and expensive) O-ring alternatives. And found, as each watering session' continues in time, a very "minor water leak" consistently is occurring at the only true water seal point, the rubber washer junction with the "screwed-on" male water hose end. And figure with its stiffness and resiliency, the leakage starts because of the temperature drop, between the outdoor ambient during outdoor storage, to the now occurring cool flow of the quite cold, water being supplied by the local water utility. And being a just new purchase, find that I can still twist-tighten the wand at before, and sometimes, during each watering session. And my fix (solution) is to purchase locally a good-quality O-Ring to replace it.Final comments: Ever notice how Chinese usage of inferior materials, like this rubber washer, can ruin one's "like or hate" of an otherwise decent quality product. Or their supply of truly mediocre screws, or supplied Allen wrenches, screw drivers etc., of required-assembly products?And as for this wand, its nozzle spray options, and nozzle tilts are working fine. And consequently, DO RECOMMEND its purchase, even if you only get two summers usage out of it. And as for Amazon's30-day warranty on products like this, find it to "be useless".

This sprayer is just what it is meant to do. The only shortcoming is that it leaks where it joins the hose. The spray patterns are great and the unit is easy to hold and seems balanced. Overall, I am pleased with the product.

My first watering wand had an issue after a month and 4 days of receiving the item. I was not able to return on Amazon. I reached out to the manufacture and they were great to dealWith and sent me a new one.

I purchased this product approximately 2 weeks after it became available. As always, I spent a lot of time searching and reading the reviews. There were lots of them and it was rated a 4.8As soon as it arrived, I hooked it up and I immediately loved it. I used it probably every 2-3 days and never dropped it, stepped on it or left it just hanging out in the sun and no children ever touched it. Well fast forward to now, 5 weeks later... I used it for about 2 minutes to rinse an a/c filter. When I was done, I used the lever to turn off the flow of water as usual. Except, it kept flowing! After taking the entire assembly apart, I thought I'd go back to the product on Amazon and see if anyone else had a similar issue and how they fixed it. Surprise!!! It seems that it's a very common issue (the EXACT SAME ISSUE!) and there is no fix. You just wasted your money. It took a few weeks (for all those folks who purchased early) for their wand to break and then to review the product. I only saw one review that stated that the company made it right for them. The others have been waiting weeks for even a response from the company. I definitely cannot recommend this product or this company. Look elsewhere. Hope this helps you make your decision.

Got this after our previous long handled wand type sprayer nozzles kept breaking. We'd gotten them from the local big box store and they'd start leaking after just a short while. After the third one did this, we returned it and bought this one here instead.So this one is much sturdier and so far (2 months) no leaks. We had to get used to the shorter wand length but we did. And I like some of the additional settings available on this--like the one you can use to fill a bird bath without water spraying all over the place.

I love the adjustability for water flow that's super easy from the handle lever. Many spray options. Quality construction that beats anything I've used in years. You may need a little teflon tape around your hose connection if you use it all the time to prevent leakage. Mine leaks at the hose connection, but I only use it now and then and it doesn't bother me.

There's one setting for pour or like bucket filling that splatters everywhere and doesn't really work. But all the others, cone, shower, mist, jet, etc, work perfectly and it's long and the head doesn't just swivel but locks into the position you want. It's hefty and you can tell it's mostly metal but there is still some plastic. As long as you don't leave it outside in the winter where it can freeze, it should last many years. It comes with 2 extra washers which is nice but no plumber's tape. Whatever you attach this to, wrap it in plumber's tape for that air/water tight seal. I have all my hoses connected using brass fittings that snap in and out, sold here on Amazon. Gorilla Easy Connect. And if you camp using a tow behind with water connections, you'll love how easy you can connect with Gorilla Easy Connections on your drinking water hoses.

Very good sprayer. Changing between modes is smooth, has many to choose from, and it comes with additional washers to fit snugly to any standard hose. I like the toggle to keep the sprayer on when in use without having to hold a trigger the entire time. It's also an effective shut-off so you don't have to turn the hose tap off.

Es la primera pistola de riego de este tipo que tengo. y la verdad es que, por el momento, me está gustando bastante.En el pedido viene:- Pistola de riego con mango largo.- Dos juntas de goma de repuesto.- Instrucciones en inglés.En el momento de adquirirla, estaba a 27 €, lo cual es un pelÃn elevado, pero por mi experiencia con la marca, en principio vale la pena.Aunque las instrucciones no vengan en español, razón por la que generalmente quito una estrella, lo cierto es que en este caso no lo hago porque no hacen falta, asà que pienso que no procede.En cuanto a los materiales de esta pistola, se ven bastante buenos. Tengo varias pistolas de riego normales metálicas de este fabricante, y por el momento todas van de lujo, por lo que no tengo razones para pensar que en este caso sea diferente.Al igual que muchos modelos de Fanhao, en lugar de tener gatillo, vienen con un interruptor superior, el cual sirve para abrir y cerrar la salida del agua, asà como seleccionar la presión adecuada.Esto me gusta por una razón, y es que he tenido muchas pistolas, algunas de ellas de muy buena calidad como las de Karcher, y al final, todas fallan en el gatillo con el paso del tiempo. Espero que en este caso, ya que evitamos esta pieza, nos dure bastante más.La mayor parte de componentes son metálicos, aunque cabe destacar que la boquilla de salida es de goma, por lo que entiendo que puede aguantar los golpes habituales sin mucho problema.Tiene varios modos de chorro ajustables, aunque para mi gusto, son demasiado.Por el momento ya os digo que me va de lujo, pero vamos, que si veo cualquier cosa que se tenga que mencionar, editaré la reseña para manteneros al dÃa.¡Un saludo!

Received the device earlier than expected. It has a good reach, flexible head and 9 settings from mist to jet. Extra washers are provided if ever needed. You are advised not to expose the hose lance to frost to avoid damage.I noticed a slight water weep at the thumb control and asked for advice.Without hesitation the product was replaced within a few days; an excellent customer service in all aspects, particularly communication.The replacement works perfectly.DWL
