2/12/2024: I put my Subaru Ascent keyless entry fob in the bag and closed it. Then I attempted first to open the locked car door & it opened right up. I then attempted to use the keyless start button and it started right up as well. The bag is SUPPOSED to shield the key fob to prevent it sending out RF signals to the car, which is how a thief with a special computer device steals your keyless start car.I then tried the same processes with simple household aluminum foil wrapped around the fob and it would NOT open the door. When I got inside and pressed the start button, the display responded "Key Not Present" and the car would not start. A plain sheet of simple household aluminum foil works to Block the signal but this alleged Faraday car key protector did nothing to stop the signal.I wondered at the cheap price tag (2 pouches for less than $7), and now I know why they are so inexpensiveI had bought two packages, one for me and one for my daughter. I returned them both.

I would believe the product does work since the fob doesnt work inside of the space with the grey lining inside the bag so for the price of not having your signal and car stolen from thieves with a laptop outside your home or wherever you may be this is a good deal

I was skeptical after reading mixed reviews, but decided to try this bag.They arrived yesterday, and I immediately put them to the test with my 2020 Subaru Outback. Neither of my key fobs could open the car doors when inside the bags.They’re also stylish and priced reasonably. Plus, a lifetime replacement offer in case of damage? Fantastic value!

It actually blocks the car key signal when the key is inside the inner pocket. I can't ignite the car when key is in this pouch. I've bought slightly more expensive Faraday key fob protectors , they are basically the same —nice pouch overall. No need to say more, worth the money.
