They are lightweight and easy to wash. I bought the ones without the track around the edges which would catch liquids. I thought those would be hard to wash. This is a solid purchase.

I read all the reviews and was hesitate but I am so glad I bought these! They are the perfect set of cutting boards. Light weight to push fresh cut vegetables into your pot with out losing them, easy to clean, and come in different sizes.They are unseasoned so you need to use a food grade mineral oil, I do this 4 times a year on my bigger butcher blocks and wooden utensils. This will keep them from being so dry and splintering or splitting. Also, hand wash do not submerge and soak in water or place them in the dishwasher. This will destroy your cutting boards! I would recommend getting them. I am so happy I did!!

These last about as long as cheap plastic cutting boards do, meaning 6 months to a year or two depending on how often you use them and whether you put them in the dishwasher or not. I dishwasher them, which means after about 6 months of heavy use and frequent washing they are starting to split at the seams. But that is to be expected, and at this price point they can be easily replaced which is more sanitary anyway. Great replacement for plastic.

My husband the chef of the house and he is super picky with what he cooks on. He has been looking for a chopping board that meets his criteria but for these picky cooks out her these boards are sturdy and and easy to put away.

I've been using these for a few months now. They are fairly thin and lightweight I can see they might not last very long. Like with any soft wood a knife will make a cut mark into the board. They are shaped slightly concave so that you can only use them on one side, if you turn them over they slip and slide around. I have found them useful.

The smaller size boards are used most!!! They're a handy grab when needed to cut an onion, or use as a support for hubby's mouse pad! So far, the large one has been used exactly once. But I'm sure it's time will come. Turns out that the small ones are super convenient and don't need a special place to be stored like the large plastic sheet cutting "boards" I've been using for years! I've been considering another set of these boards....they're so handy and their uses are limited only by your imagination!!!

The mid-sized board came with a broken handle, and the smallest board (which for transparency I have used the most since purchasing, and by "most" I mean I've used it maybe a grand total of 5 times), has started to shed little bamboo slivers. I have only hand washed the board 3 or 4 times, always immediately after using it. I haven't even used these enough for any meaningful cuts to form in the bamboo from my knife.If you're in a pinch and really can't afford something higher quality, these will last you like... maybe a month or two if you cook infrequently. But if you can afford better, I would advise shelling out for a higher quality product. I originally got these to get away from my plastic cutting boards, but I didn't really want to shell out for a high quality wood board... I guess I've learned my lesson.

Not very thick and quality of wood isntnsuoer high but for the price absolutely worth it. Won't last forever but will certainly do well for a while.
