These pans are much more sturdier than another top selling brand. I ended up returning the other brand name because it was such a mess, stuck so bad I could hardly get the brownies out. I have been baking for years and I know how to take care of them, plus I always use a non stick spray or parchment paper.These pans are heavy duty, everything came out easily. I had no issues with the lids being too tight. I would rather have them that way then falling off. Such a great deal and I highly recommend them.

The durable nonstick pan cooked my cakes so nicely and it’s definitely nonstick. The lid was so hard to remove. I had to pry the lid out with a utensil.

I like this cakepan so much because it is made well, things don't stick to it, and it is easy to clean. Everything just washes right off. It is the nicest cake I think I have ever had. I know that might sound wierd, but I mean it. I have bought other cake pans and I was never that excited about them, but this one I really like. If you decide to get one, you will see what I mean.

I baked a Strata in this when it arrived. Strata always sticks, not with this pan. It worked beautifully and the lid fits great for storage. It is a nice weight and I look forward to using it for years to come.

This was a great addition to my bakeware with the higher lid for iced cakes etc. The lid is very secure, but could be easily cracked trying to release it. Anything baked in this pan is very moist and the timing of the recipes is perfect. I do not enjoy guesswork with oven times. It is easy to store as the pan sits in the upside down lid taking less space. I also feel things stay much fresher in this pan with the lid than others I have tried. I waited a bit for it to arrive but the wait was well worth it.
