2007 Tahoe was slinging axle grease on the passenger side front. Great price and fit perfect, I disassembled the cv joint to install (no special tools required). Comes with inner and outer boot clamps that can be cinched with needle nose pliers!

This boot worked perfectly to replace the original torn boot. The bands were also easy to install. I did not repair it on the vehicle. I removed the axle.

Needed to fix axel in an Escalade, the Axel shaft is 29mm and the CV Joint end is 100mm the spec in the pic lists 85mm and axel size of 19-24But the rubber is flexible and easily stretches...I give this 4 stars . i did not like the clamps and had lots of thicker ones so i used those ..

Perfect fit on my 2011 avalanche but recommend a install tool like (DAYUAN Pneumatic Air Power CV boot expander) to make life easy. Clamps included, just need a pinch tool to tighten them.

The "Amazon confirmed fit" lies about this fitting my 2005 Silverado 2500HD 4WD LLY. The "big end" of the boot is too small to go over the outboard CV cup unless it is stretched, which is like trying to wrestle a greased pig. Since I'd already cut the other boot off, I was forced to make it fit. Do not buy this for the above model.

I used the boot on my 1993 Toyota MR2. It was crazy how much the boot stretched over the CV joint and returned back to size without ripping, tearing or deformity. The manufacturer doesn't list this boot to fit on my car. After measuring my axle, I decided to try it since the dimensions were within spec. I'm glad I did. It installed with no issues and judging by the material used in manufacturing the boot, I can tell it's going to last a long,long time!

Works great but the outer clamp was not that great and replaced it with a mechanical one. But other then that it was perfect.

Disclaimer : long term testing has not been done but installation and fit and finish were great (only a few kms on for now). Installed this on a 2013 Dodge ram 1500 4x4. Was a fraction of the price of anyone one else. Came with grease and nice super tight fitting adjustable boot clamps. Beware you may have to stretch the boot rather far around sealing circumference of cv joint for some applications, I believe this to be normal being a universal part. Will purchase again for sure as long as the long term works out on this daily driver.
