I use these to hold my Jumbo bobbins and matching thread spools together. It has made organizing so much more efficient. I put my jumbo bobbin on top of the thread spool and insert the expandable part of the product through the bobbin and into the spool.

These things are great! I use them with standard bobbins on Gutermann & Sulky smaller spools & larger spools with no trouble. I use a trick I read in another review of sticking the trailing thread from the bobbin thru the slit in the long part of the bobbin holder & putting it in the spool of thread along with the bobbin holder. Keeps my bobbins from unwinding!

Good product to keep thread and wound bobbin together. Other more expensive types of these products have a clip that goes around the bobbin to keep it from unwinding. I found that you can tuck the thread into the hole, place the bobbin on the peg and that keeps the bobbin from unwinding. Very happy with this purchase.
