Perfect. Been using these for years now. Replacement pads a bit expensive but they last a while and do a great job

basically, this is a great idea but poorly made. I've had nothing but trouble with this product. when you put the sand paper on, it works lose and comes off both ends(see pics). it doesn't clamp down hard enough on the ends of the paper. what makes it worse is, the costumer service sucks too. I emailed them twice before they got back to me. they said they knew of this issue and asked for my address and said they would make it right but I never heard anything back. their product sucks and they don't stand behind it. buyer beware.

The original flex sanding pad was the best. This one is narrower and you get so little space when you open the clamps you will swear to put any sandpaper on and forget about foam backed one. Also you will need strong finger nails just to open the clamps. Stick with your flex original or don't use the clamps on this one.
