Function: Fitter file according to the size of file teeth can be divided into coarse teeth file, middle teeth file, fine teeth file.

1. If the workpiece to be processed is low carbon steel, coarse teeth can be used.

2. For medium and high carbon steel, use medium teeth.

3. Fine teeth can be used for shallow surface finishing.

4. According to the material type of the workpiece to be processed, choose the appropriate file, which not only saves labor and time, but also prolongs the service life of the file.

Note:

1. When filing the workpiece, do not add lubricant and water, which will cause rust or file slipping.

2. After use, carefully brush off all iron filings before storage.

3. The humidity should not be too high. It should be dry and ventilated.

4. Fine teeth file is not suitable for filing soft metal.
