Set a Bridge

My violin arrived with bent strings and when I tried to tune it, the strings broke, leaving me no chance to even test my new instrument. I am disappointed and would like to request an exchange for a new one. I am sad that I will not be able to enjoy this with my son on New Year's Eve. Defective product, crushed strings and it was not possible to tune it because the upper tuning part always leaves the string loose, it already came with a crushed defect

Obviously for this price I can’t expect much but it is a decent first violin for my daughter!The case is nice and it comes with everything needed to get starter

I got this for Christmas for my daughter and she was so excited but the only thing that was frustrating about the violin was that when she tried to tune it one of the strings kept losing and she couldn’t get the string to stay tight. Other than that it came with a lot of accessories and she was really excited about using it.

I wasn’t expecting an orchestral instrument but this thing is useless. Missing pieces and strings don’t tighten. It’s worse than a plastic toy violin meant only for play

Missing several items, product box was damaged, both bows are damaged, and were stored tightened. Tje case where bows are stored is broken and can be pulled away from the lining with ease. The case is not very hard for protection, inside looks like a pool table. Shoulder rest box crushed and open. I feel like i got a used violin, oil marks on chin rest, the bows were open and the items are missing. No stuffing in the amazon box that was too large and not needed. The violin itself is pretty and I do like the coloring. However, this is being returned.
