I purchased a used one, and it was in excellent condition, honestly it is a hit or miss when buying a used one. It is fully functional, like new and very sturdy!

Absolute garbage of a product. I never ever get to write reviews since I barely run to any issues with amazon products but oh man this one pissed me off. Mounting it was a pain in the ass, or I must say, trying to. I was trying to do one of the mounts for the hammock and got soo upset at the poor mouting quality that I ripped it off the wall and packed it back for a refund.Pettiness aside, let me explain what is wrong with this product. I got caught with the cuteness of it and the amount of options that I didn’t get to read the reviews, and they were all right. The drill bit that comes with it sucks, the instructions are ok though. The screws are also super bad quality and they are way too close to the base to be able to use a drill to screw them in.Anyways, save yourself some trouble and do not buy it period

Very nice, but way too small. It would fit a kitten only, which is why I gave it three stars. Quality wise, it's a five star product. The brackets are extremely strong and supportive, and it comes will all necessary tools, including a drill bit and leveller. The instructions are clear, and it needs very minimal assembly. The only reason I don't like it is because it's just way too small. Quality wise, it's fabulous, but no adult cat could possibly squeeze themselves onto that tiny hammock. My cats are average, 10-15lb's, and there's just no way. The fabric could be nicer as well, rather than scratchy burlap. If it was bigger I would keep it and cover it with something softer, but I can't make it bigger so it won't work for me. If you have a kitten, it's perfect.

When I’m sleeping next to my bed all I hear is my cats bells on their colors running up and down this bridge. Do you love it more than anything else it’s like a cat heaven up to my loft. My cats play with a day and night I watched him sleep on it Lee on it even scratch on it. My favorite thing is that they can scratch on the little pad and you can replace it. It’s awesome I recommend getting one for maybe two you should probably get cat shelves with it as well. I have one too.

4/5 stars because one piece broke almost immediately (will hopefully be able to fix it). It seems to be made like IKEA furniture is.My cats love being able to get up high on the wall and I plan to buy more pieces of the set as I go.

I ordered 5 pieces of the Feandrea Clickat Collection. Beware, there's a lot of problems. On this particular item, the Hammock is simply too small. It is impossible to screw it into the Cat Cave because it is not long enough. The manual states there is after market support, yet there's no phone number and no email address, and there's no link to contact the seller in Amazon's order section. In terms of the pieces as a whole, their sticker system for marking where to drill holes does not work. The sticker doesn't stick to the pieces very well, so it ends up crooked on the wall. The wall side sticks so well, it peels the paint off. Also, 4 out of 5 boxes had sheetrock anchors that simply did not function. The screw just spun around inside of them. Also, the pieces are quite heavy for hanging on wall. You really need to make sure you have enough space to use the wall studs for support. Overall, the only positive that I have to say is that they look good. But have fun installing them. They are nowhere near as easy as they look in the videos.

These shelves are well made and my cats love them. I use the cut out opening for their food bowls. They stay secure and the dogs cannot reach them. I highly recommend these.
