This is best I've owned! It has tightness adjustment and comes with Allen head wrench for adjustment. This also has a locking lever so you can take your imprint and lock the imprint in place. The comb is beveled which makes working with the imprint easier. This is plastic comb material of the proper stiffness but will not easily break. Very well built and good features. I'm coming over to this style gauge from a metal pin comb which walked away as a loaned tool, thank you for not returning as I like my new tool!

It doesn't have any cutting edge features or anything. It works fine but it probably depends which one is on sale as far as which one is the best value

What can I say, this product makes almost anyone look like a professional floorer. Highly recommend for those OCD type that needs those awkward areas to come out perfect. Functionality is great. Ease of use. Don’t need a science degree to figure this thing out. Size and weight and good. We’ll see how it holds up
