I tend to try to cobble stuff together far longer than I should.That said, I used this stock to make Speed Nuts for my furnace to make it faster and easier to take it apart to work on it.

I bought a nice gate latch from JUBEST "Double Side Gate Latch, Heavy Duty Swinging Door Latch Gate Hardware for Outdoor Fence, Wooden Gate". Only problem was that the door knob spindles were too short to make it through the fence board and 4x4 material. So I ordered these 5/16" hex rods as a replacement so I can extend through the gate material. The rod fits perfectly into the door handle hex female. I was able to cut these to size and finish the gate handle install. Nice hex rods, perfect size for door handle spindle replacement / extension.

Well I bought it hoping it would help me break a bolt loose on my car, but it's a great product, but it's not tempered steel. So I ended up twisting it instead of breaking the bolt loose!
