I purchased these for a refresh/build on a block I purchased on CG. I wasn't 100 percent on the decl, so I decided to go with these and some copper spray. Great seal. It did create a small gap on the intake, where it meets the block. (Gen 1, sbc 350) but nothing that can't be filed with a good bead of silicone rtv.

I recently had my new SBC 406 chasis dyno checked and the Cometic metal headgasket leaked on the passenger side; right through the layers. I switched to Fel Pro gaskets and returned the engine to an engine dyno. This time it performed perfectly. It displayed 404 HP and 475 Lbs Torque. Now that's what I'm talking about!

I’ve been racing dirt late models for 18 years and I have ran these head gaskets on my SBC with 12:1 compression and at 7,800 RPM and have never blown one. I will forever be a believer in these gaskets

In the comments before I purchased it said there are two in the package. But there is only one. Not likely that you would ever need just one. Cost was, in the end twice what I had budgeted. I had to order another one and wait for it to come in.

Yall put here telling jokes, its just one gasket? Who the hell replaces one of two, you gotta take half the fricken motor apart and your gonna do one bloody gasket? Gasket seems quality as per usual though.
