I used this when I got an aftermarket exhaust header back in 2022 and it’s been holding up with no leaks or deterioration since then. I daily drive 15k miles a year, through snow and rain, and it’s been good. The other flange gaskets on my exhaust deteriorated completely while this one still holds up.

I bought a DIY brand catalytic converter on parts geek for my CRV. The gasket it came with was substandard and quite frankly worried me that I was going to have a leak if I tried to use it. This gasket was a replica of the factory gasket that i removed. Perfect fit and worked instantly.

It 100% the exact same size as the OEM gasket.The only difference is that the oem has a few spots on the inside that bumps out a bit to hold it in place on the manifold. That’s why some people say it’s too big even though it’s exactly the same diameter as the stock.I had absolutely no problems lining this up.So to those negative reviewers you need to just admit that it’s user errors.

Absolutely DOES NOT fit a 2004 Honda Element. The inner diameter is about 1-2 mm too large. This may not sound like much but it’s enough to not get a good seal and results in an exhaust leak noise especially under load. I assumed my nosier Element was just the new muffler & resonator I changed at the same as this exhaust donut. After months of driving me nuts, I did a pressure leak test with soapy water and sure enough air was leaking right past this donut on the backside that mates up to the exhaust manifold. Bit the bullet and paid $47 for an Honda OEM donut which was a much tighter fit. Now zero leaks and my Element is quiet again.

Purchased for my 2004 Honda accord 2.4 engine. Installed in between the manifold and front pipe. Fits correctly.
