I was always taught that with lip seals, the lip always faces the liquid you're trying to keep in. The seals are installed backwards. Don't as how I know. DUH.They're Fel-Pro brand which I have always had good luck with since the 1960's.

Seals are thicker than the originals on my truck. Had trouble with the coil sitting all the way down

fits great, easy install, no problems. make sure you put them in the right way. Fel pro is the best option out there aside from spending $80 on toyota ones

I bought these for a 2004 2UZFE 4.7, They are leaking after 4 years. But Toyota OEM.
