Fit perfectly. I would recommend though before placing them in to blow out the ports to make sure any crud is cleared out. I would also recommend since your already this far to change all the spark plugs with iridium tips by NGK the EGR valve and possibly the coil packs. Its better to replace them while your there saving you labor in the long run than to do it all over again if a coil pack needs replacing. Cost me an extra $250 total and I have peace of mind with no additional labor cost. I suppose you could do the injectors as well but I didn't feel it was necessary being I run sea foam through it every 5-8k.

I bought these for my 2003 mercury Sable with the duratec 3.0L DOHC motor. I had previously used the single piece felpro lower manifold gasket set as reccomended by Amazon and Google, however they developed a leak and made a whining noise which eventually threw a CEL for a vacuum leak. The gaskets I originally removed from the car matched these exactly so not sure why the single piece gaskets were ever the reccomended replant. Installation tip: put a little dialectic grease on the lower manifold gaskets prior to installing them in the plastic manifold. This will help them stick and not fall out and into the motor as you are assembling it.You can replace these (both upper and lower) without disconnecting the fuel rail as recommended in the service manual. Simply remove only the bolts in the lower manifold that go straight into the block and not the ones that hold the fuel rail to the lower plastic manifold. There is enough slack in the fuel line rubber hose to gently lift the lower manifold enough to swap out the gaskets without messing with the fuel system. Just take care to cover the intake ports with a towel to prevent any debris or tools from falling into the motor and ruining your day. I did the complete job in less than an hour with just basic hand tools and no help.

Fits perfectly for 2008 3.0 V6 Ford Escape. I'd say 95% of your time will be spent removing, cleaning, prepping, and reinstalling the exhaust manifold. Installing the gaskets is easy and quick than removing the first bolt from the manifold.
