I have a Longchamp bag which has no pockets — I really needed something to help it not be a bottomless pit. This organizer was the perfect addition! It fits great and has enough pockets and space to keep everything in place and organized. Worth the purchase!!

The felt insert is the right size for my bag and the quality appears good. This said, when I opened it, a travel makeup wipe packet was inside! Clearly, this was used by someone who returned it and forgot to remove personal items! Shame on the seller for not checking before shipping a used product sold as new.

Some things I like...felt is soft but holds shape. Looks better than nylon. But the shape is so thin not much fits in here. The larger size is too long to fit a medium tote bottom well. If there were pockets on the outside it'd help, but those that exist here are all inside. They help corrale the contents, but don't allow for any extra. For my use, it's a design flaw.

This purse insert was the perfect fit and addition to my every day purse. The felt is nice and rigid, does not fall in on itself. The pockets and storage is very handy. Would get this for all pocket-less tote bags!

I am so pleased with this purchase. It is sturdy, compact and the compartments are roomy. I bought this with an eye to bringing much needed organization to a perfect cross-body leather purse that had no compartments. Not even an inside zipper. This organizer is about half the height of the purse so I had doubts. It works great! Better i think than if it had been taller. That wold have limited what i could put into it and may have made the inner space too tight for my hands to maneuver. I'll add a photo another later. Don't hesitate to purchase.

The side pockets look like they would be perfect to fit your phone, but they are too narrow. Nothing really fits in them other than maybe a credit card. Even a lipstick or small item bulges out the other direction.
