These are definitely the felt/wool type of balls that I was looking for, unfortunately they aren't uniform enough in size for the project that I was hoping to use them for. The colors are as pictured, but the 0.4" size is only true for about 1/4-1/3 of the balls. The rest are smaller, closer to 1/4" in diameter. The bag was a lot smaller than I expected for the price, and if I had been shopping in a physical store I probably would've passed on these.
