I bought this because the mic port on my desktop PC wore out and stopped working. This works as a quick and easy solution to be able to use the mic port again using a USB port which my computer has plenty of. The device isn't tiny, but it isn't overly bulky either and is easy to use.Would recommend!

I have been using small 7.1 sound card with a used Bose system I bought on eBay. Never a good sound. I bought this because of its simplicity and price. As soon as I plugged the Bose system into this device, the sound quality improved 200%. Definitely 5 Stars!

OK quality and works with windows without the driver. Good for devices where there is no built in sound card or expansion slot for it.

bought this to use on a raspberry pi but it did not work out so well because it is large enough to block the usage of the other 3 ports. oops i should have bought one with a cord.

Added the product to my Raspberry Pi5 to play audio, since the Pi5 does not have an audio out like the Pi4 did. Install in a USB port, plug in your speakers and you will have audio out. Use it with the VLC application.

This do not work very well. The sound level with this sound card is very very low.

Plugged it right in and I again have sound! My laptop audio port broke and this is a great economical solve.It worked fine with WIN11.UPDATE (reduced to 3 stars): Really liked this at first, but after using it for awhile it starts to fail. When it fails, you either get no sound, or suddenly blaring sound out of the laptop speakers with no warning (defeats the purpose of headphones and embarrassing when it happens in a quiet room). Ordered a replacement and had issues with both within a few weeks. Too bad because it was a great plug in solution.
