Very solid, and well crafted. They are very tight fitting and have ridges so they don’t require any kind of adhesive to stay in place. You need to give them a good press to get them in. The nickel looks great.I used them on my Squier Jaguar bass to convert it to a string through. They are large even for bass ferrules. I included a picture of the front because I used ferrules in front too. They are a different brand that had a smaller external footprint. I included it so you can see a comparison in size.I used a drill press and a forstner bit to make all the holes. I practiced on scraps until I had the depth right.

These ferrules look good and were a perfect fit for my 2004 American Jazz bass.

OK - great quality. I got these for an Allparts 51 P-bass body and it turned out I needed the larger ones. I was able to fill the gap with some wood shims that I glued in using super glue gel (cut from popsicle sticks). They they fit in tight and no looseness. THese are for the newer style string through basses like the US series Jazz or P-bass. For vintage style you need to get larger ones that fit the slightly wider holes. Did not see those offered so went with these. They will work if you don't mind gluing in some shims.

My JBass was actually a top load bridge only then bought these ferrules priced well and bought a new bridge string thru body. Working as its should be fits very well my bass actual Fender UsA bass.
