These replaced a set of the crimped sheet metal versions. These are much stronger and their smooth lower slide surface provides much less resistance to string movement that the original set. I'm very pleased with their ease of installation, look and function!

I recently replaced a lot of chrome parts on my strat that had rusted, and I hated the appearance. Not only do these look way better than the 'sheet metal' string tree guides that came on my guitar, but they are super smooth on the underside, and I'm noticing tuning stability is way better.

I picked these string trees up to replace the cheap roller trees I previously put on my Strat, and I'm thrilled with them!The chrome plating is excellent. They look high quality and have a bit of heft to them for their size. They didn't seem to add any friction to the strings vs the rolling trees, and I've had no tuning issues making the swap. They are also super easy to install, so they are a great upgrade even for beginners. Plus, they'd look equally at home on a vintage style or modern style Strat.If you are looking to upgrade your string trees at all and don't want to go the Graph Tech route, these are a no brainer.

I hate the cheap bent metal string trees that come on some guitars. I wanted a cosmetic upgrade more than a functional one, and these fit the bill. These string trees are not oversized or heavy and will look great with modern or vintage-style guitars. The machining and chrome plating is nice too, the string glides along smoothly. A little pricey for what they are, but not way overpriced like a lot of Fender parts. The included screws were longer but about the same width as my stock screws, so I used the included screws and they are nice and secure. Easy installation with no modification needed.

These work great for my 2022 MiM Strat. It's a bit taller than the stock one. No string binding, better tuning stability and less stress on the nut.

I upgraded the string trees on my strat restoration but I wasn't happy with the function and fit after a while. I wanted to try these instead. Its great because you don't have to drill for a locator pin like other string trees I've tried. Much easier to install. Its already a great improvement. Theres been no change in my tuning stability but it wasn't an issue before using these. They're made well and the price is great

These seem to be way nicer than the bent metal stock ones. They do however, rotate along with the screw and don’t seem to rotate freely like the standard ones. At full tightness of the screw, it was not lined up with the strings so I had to back it off a bit but it’s not going anywhere so not a big deal really. Not as good as roller type but much nicer looking than any other string tree I’ve tried.

.... das Positive, die Verarbeitungsqualität ist gut und die Saiten laufen geschmeidig durch, was im Vergleich zum Original Blechpressteil in einer spürbaren Verbesserung der Spielbarkeit resultiert :-)Leider sind die Schrauben im Durchmesser kleiner als die original verbauten, damit ist ein Upgrade von den alten Blechflügeln nicht so richtig gut, denn die kleineren Schrauben passen nicht wirklich zu den vorhandenen Löchern, den Sinn dahinter kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, deshalb ein Stern abzug.

I needed an extra string tree on my Telecaster and these do the job nicely. Much nicer hardware than the original.
