Fermentation Heating Pad, Brewing Warming Mat Homebrew Heater for Homebrew Bread Proofing Sourdough Starter w/Temp ControlTemperature controlled heating pad i use for my sourdough starter so I can speed up the process. Only problem I have is the Temperature doesn't show, it's just lines. I use a wireless thermometer laser thingy my husband has to tell me what the Temperature is but I wish I didn't have to because I don't believe its correct. It comes with Temperature stickers but it seems off from what my thermometer says about 10 degrees. Other then that this is great.

This is a simple mat that plugs into the wall with a rotary dial that clicks on/off at the far left, and increases temp when dialed to the right. Great size and shape for hastening action on sourdough starter. I have some other more expensive mats that have as their lowest temperature 140F, and I feel this is too hot for my purposes. I like that this has a more delicate control, even though in general terms it's not as fancy or high-quality as my other countertop heating mats. Love that this is compact. It really is ideal for its job.
