Festool Beech Tenons are made from all-natural, solid Beech hardwood for strength and stability. The Beech Tenon serves as a true floating tenon in mortise and tenon applications such as furniture, cabinetmaking, casing and frame work. The flat, elongated design will not rotate, ensuring perfect alignment for both edge and face gluing. Suitable for both plywood and solid wood applications, the dense beech tenon will not expand or telegraph through material, leaving you with clean, flat, and consistent surfaces. The Domino Tenon is embossed with glue pockets, and is approximately 2mm shorter than nominal length, allowing space in the mortise for glue. Beech Wood, 5 X 19 X 30mm, 300-pack.

these are top quality professional grade tenons milled to tolerances as good as is gets considering they.re made of wood they may also be able to produce a more consistent product out of plastic but then again what this planet needs is anything but plastic

The Festool Domino is one of the best tools I have ever purchased for my woodworking shop. It is unique because it enables me to accomplish joinery more quickly and with more accuracy. I continue to buy the tenons rather than try to make them in my shop because I could never (in a reasonable amount of time)produce the accuracy and glue slots that are provided. Highly recommended. I usually buy the larger quantity but I just don't use as many of the smaller tenons.

Mortise and tenon applications are endless once you shell out for Festool domino jointer. This is a variety pack. Would recommend purchasing bulk individual mm sizes that are most often used in your application.

This is Festool however and you pay for the innovation. If you are willing to create your own floating tenons that is a possibility. But for a hobbyist I can’t say it’s worth the time.

Als Hobbyschreiner benutze ich seit einem halben Jahr die Dominofräse und brauche deshalb auch diese Dübel. Wie nicht anders von Festool zu erwarten, passt hier alles. Fräsen, Leim hinzufügen, Dübel rein, Schraubzwinge drauf und ferig. Die Qualität ist sehr gut, da aus Buchenholz gefertigt. Geeignet für haltbare Holzverbindungen.

Considering what they are they seem pricey and I keep thinking they would be simple enough to make some, but I never get round to it. These are good quality and convenient. So I suppose they must be worth it!
