It's a Festool...therefore it is pretty much Perfect! Design, operation, and build are all 1st Class. Lower drawer for clamps or small loose tools. Designed to painlessly pull up steps, and all systainers are secured by strap. Price is right as well.

Works well with Makita interlocking boxes. Light weight and easy to get up and down stairs even when fully loaded. Also recommend the fold out sys-storage toolbox on top. Not cheap but very satisfying, especially if you have a bunch of tools at home but no great work bench or storage area.

I got mine for $65 off from the UK site, and for that price I feel like it was a good investment. Very sturdy. I read some reviews that made me question how well it was, but now that I own it, I can say it's well built. It's sort of large though. I have the small systainer cart, and it has a 25-30% smaller footprint to the dolly. Like both.

Lot's of wow's for this product. First wow is the speed at which it arrived. . .blinked and it was here! The shipping box was beat up but the dolly appeared to be in great shape. Next wow, the fit. Of course it's made for the Festool sytainers but everything stacks so perfectly and locks in place with additional strapping that came with the dolly this is a no tip dolly. Finally the capacity, I can't begin to describe the amount of systainers I can put on this dolly an it carts the load around with very little effort and easy maneuverability!

Lightweight which is quite convenient. But this is the biggest minus. She's all plastic. And more than flimsy. Every time he strives to take it apart into its components. I had to additionally drill the joints and screw them together. I also do not recommend using more than 3 light Systainers. Since with more weight it begins to crunch and crack, it is ready to break. .

So far I really like this cart. This is the first Festool cart I have owned. I loaded it up with a stack of Festool boxes 7' tall (way over the top of this thing) and it handled it just fine up some stairs. The wheels on the bottom are nice in that they allow any stack of systainers to move freely in almost any direction regardless of the weight. I do have some gripes though: I would have liked to see rubber tire treads on this instead of the hard plastic ones. I feel like this could probably scratch a floor if it were bumped sideways while locked in place and fully loaded. Also the photos make the rails look like they are aluminum, which they are not. They are actually hard gray plastic. I was skeptical that the plastic would be able to hold up to the heaviest of loads but so far it has performed perfectly with no deflection. The drawer could be handy for guide rail clamps and other misc. parts although I have not found myself using it for fear of forgetting about what I put in there. As usual Festool products come at a very high premium, and this cart is no exception. So if you can get past the sticker shock you will probably enjoy this cart.

Works great and holds systainers well. I keep all the tools on this cart and it makes moving around and up steps an easy task. Seems to hold up well so far.

Not to be confused with a general use trolley, the Festool Sys-Roller Hand Truck is designed specifically for carrying a stack of systainer boxes (a contraction of System Container). If you aren't yet familiar with this amazing storage system, it's made in Germany by Tanos and sold primarily by Festool. Other tool manufacturers such as Metabo also sell their kit in systainers, all of which will fit this truck.I also own a number of which are perfect for effort free workshop organisation, but if you want portability that copes well with stairs, vans, outside spaces, rough ground, inclines and getting about a job site, then you need this truck.Standing 1090mm tall the truck is made from high impact and very tough plastic, including the uprights and handle. Don't be put off by this, it's much lighter than metal, and will cope with anything thrown at it. It's a clever L shaped section that has built in channels for extra functions. It's very tough, and ingeniously designed with a biomimetic style of internal honeycomb that works like the structure of your leg bones, giving it great strength and a small degree of flexibility to cope with high loads and impact without breaking. I've attached a picture for you to marvel at.There's no catch at the front of the base to lock on your systainers, but you don't need one. They clip on at the rear as usual and the two sliding supports on the uprights brace the back of your boxes, keeping them very stable and preventing them from moving either forwards or backwards. An additional safety strap is supplied which fits to a full height channel either side and straps down your boxes for transport. This strap is brilliant for carrying cutting rails on the cart too - lash them on as you would a pair of skis.The drawer in the base is a brilliant addition, and I find it great for those basic every day items that you need on every job - tape measure, PPE, level, notebook, pencil, knife - that type of thing. I personally make copious use of which contain 3 drawers and are superb for carrying all your fixings, so I often have more drawers on my truck than just the one.It comes shipped in a large box and just requires a simple final piece of assembly on arrival, attaching the handle to the base. You also need to clip on the replaceable slider strips at the rear. These are a great design feature, and allow you to drag the truck up and over the lip of things like vans, stair treads etc, without doing damage to either. The EKAT order code for replacement ones is 499364 and they're a fiver each from official Festool dealers.Superb design and engineering from Festool as always - well built to exacting specifications, and worth every penny!I hope this review has been useful to you, and as always, I'm happy to respond to questions if you leave them in the comment box below :-)

I have two of these and they allow for the easy transfer of all your tools to your van at the end of the day.A big bonus for the systainer system as no one wants to leave their tools on site or go back and forth to their van multiple times, especially when you work alone.Requires almost no maintenance and has a handy drawer below that I use for large plastic bags that I hook over the wheels and then fill with rubbish etc.A must have trolley for your systainers.Also can be used in conjunction with your systainers as cross cut mitre saw material supports.They can also be modified to carry levels, rails etc, see YouTube for ideas.
