I had an excellent experience spraying with the Graco 208 FFLP spray tip. I sprayed 3 cabinets, 2 doors and about 75 linear feet of trim without issues. This spray tip allowed me to gain a better spray control pattern while using less paint in the process. I used the Behr Semi-gloss Latex Enamel Cabinet & Trim paint which doesn’t have many good reviews but this tip made the difference allowing the paint to level perfectly and created a beautiful finish. Please see the attached pictures. I definitely recommend the spray tip and will certainly buy again when needed.

I use the Graco Ultra Quickshot and the system works great. The tips are not cheap, but Amazon has the best price I could find. Once you get the system figured out it delivers great results.

perfect finish! almost as good as an hvlp. a hybrid air assist airless sprayer would prob get hvlp level finish.208 and 312 are my go to for interior mill work

I learned how to spray with an airless almost 50 years ago. Cabinets, furniture, anything. Bought an HVLP set up. Felt clumsy and heavy. But these Graco FF tips are really nice. I spray with less than half the pressure I used too. Yes, there's still overspray, but not much. Just wind the pressure down until you lose the pattern. Then turn it up a bit. Until the spray pattern just returns. Simple. Also, tune your gun. Shorten the trigger pull. Etc. And 1/4 " whip hose.

As with most all Graco Fine Finish tips, there is low over spray and a smooth finish on what ever you paint. The 208 is perfect for painting casing and base with just the right amount of material for a smooth finish.
