I’m disabled (stage three RA) I’ve always built my own crossbow bolts, I still hunt-when I’m able. I started building bolts for other crossbow hunters, I sight my crossbow for 60-80 yrds. Depending on the GPI and the client’s desire for the tip weight. I have a spine indexing jig and I take pride in the fact that the bolts I build, if shot from a good bow, are true to 60-80 yrds . These field tips are the best for the bolts I build, everyone has been within 1-2 grains (out of 6 dozen) 100 to 125 grain, they all have been the best, the double rubber gaskets keep them from coming loose. I bought these to use on my crossbow however they are smaller than the diameter of the shaft and create a lip. They are not for crossbow bolts.

The weights vary, and the tips are rounded into a ball shape, which worsens and gets duller over time just simply shooting cardboard boxes.
