Got 5 for less than the price of 1 for oem. Don't know how long it will last, but it's been working fine for over a month now. If it fails again I have 4 spares!

Item ordered on 11/4 with a delivery timeline of 11/11 - 11/17, which was reasonable. Checked shipping update on 11/11 and item was marked as shipped with a delivery date of 12/6!!! Checked tracking with USPS - no info available. Emailed Fielect support but never got a reply. Needed item before 12/6 so had to order from another vendor. Product arrives on 11/13, too late to cancel other order. Non existent customer service.Product itself is as described and working.

One star given as item either was mismarked, or mis pulled. Item ordered was for a Normally Open Switch. Received actual Normally Closed Switch.

You have to be sure to use the correct one! The whole point of this is that it must provide overheating safety! The old one burned up. It developed a loose contact inside the sensor, and it melted off the wire inside. It kept on triggering and it turned off the microwave. After a bit I could run the microwave again for like 20 seconds after which is turned off again.I unplugged it, and took the cover off. I was taken back by how burned up the area where the sensor was.I really didn't want to trash the microwave, because it's a nice big 2 cubic feet one, capable of defrosting a turkey even.I took the sensor out and it became clear that the terminal on it was loose. Clearly a loose contact caused low resistance which translates to it developing heat when running a current through it.So in my case, it wasn't the microwave that had a fault that caused overheating, but the sensor itself. It took me a bit of digging to find the correct temperature rating.I put this new one in and now the microwave is working perfectly again. You have to be careful with electrical projects like this. You have got to have the right rating, or else you can make your appliance less safe.

Works perfectly. The securing "tab" is loosly attached to the sensor. This makes it a bit tricky when installing it, but it csn be done.

I used the normally open 105 F to operate my furnace fan via 24v fan on tstat lug… I added a water heat exchanger with pump that’s activated by house thermostat…. This switch delays fan start until coil is warm. It works well and doesn’t blow any cold air.
