Despite the color black it was a very pleasant helmet to wear. We were in Sierra Nevada , Granada , Spain. Bought these and took them with us. Bought 2 of these. The ratchet feature on the back of the neck was very easily adjusted and did not bother us at all while snowboarding. Plenty of channels for air flow but also kept the ears warm. Safety wise I felt safe wearing it and the way the foam material surrounds the skull. The chin strap was comfortable and easily adjusted. Did not come undone at any time and we were snowboarding for 7 hours straight. It felt comfortable, cool, and safe.

I had a very expensive, big name helmet, it was too tight, I couldn’t wear a helmet liner. This is a low cost helmet that meets all the same requirements for way less, big enough for a helmet liner for those cold days. Nice chin strap and adjustable on the back with a knob like the expensive one!

Great value. Kept me warm and safe. Honestly, I couldn't tell the difference between this one and my last one, which was more than double the price. I would definitely recommend.

Contrary to what the title of item says (and reviewer comments) goggles are not included. I’m guessing they used to be as reviewer comments indicate they received goggles.Helmet is great, but disappointed goggles weren’t included.
