I have used the original brand of this type of fly boot for the last couple of years. I needed new ones but they are so expensive, I decided to try a couple of cheaper brands. These boots are excellent! They are every bit as good as the originals for half the price. The only difference is they have velcro tabs rather than the velcro strip on the originals. I much prefer the tabs as they give a better fit and the velcro on these is extremely strong. I'm so pleased with them, I have just ordered another set.

I got these as a knock off to the name brand fly boot leggings for my 3 y/o as I wasn't sure if she would literally chew them off her front legs. She has not and so far, so good. After almost a week of use the fly boots stay on and stay upright. The velcro tabs are not as convenient as the velcro on the more expensive fly boot leggings, but overall, I am surprised with how well these boots are holding up. At this point, I will definitely buy these again rather than the more expensive brand, when time to replace. Be sure to measure your horse's coronet band so you buy the right size. That allows the velcro tabs to be utilized fully so the boots stay on as intended.

Bought these for my pony, ordered the pony size. Well they are huge, so I ended up giving them to a little girl at the barn for her horse. They are durable and holding up well for him. Easy to put on and off. They do their job and seem to be worth the money for her.

I was trying for a cheaper brand and well I got cheaper! These didn't last but a few days on my horse.Get the brand name ones if you plan to get these! My horses had lasted a whole season and a half.

These fly boots are great. First of all they stay on even when horse is outside. Second they come in sizes so they fit better. They wash easily. They also keep the flies away from horse’s legs without being tight. Happy user. Horse is happy too.

Velcro is extremely good.Quality is not terrible, I bought this size for a 10mth old colt with black socks. 1st couple days not bad , but they slide down and even though I had them as small as they would go around his fetlocks they were scrunched down enough to rip. He ended up wearing just the fronts for about another week. I will not buy these again.They need to stiffen them up so they stay up higher.

The product was delivered timely however the product had multiple sizes. I ordered a medium however there is no size listed on either the product or the packaging. I am assuming it’s medium, but I cannot determine it for sure.

Velcro is great but the seams are not sturdy enough and the ends are falling apart after only a few uses. Going to try glueing them as I don't have a heavy duty sewing machine and they are worth paying someone to fix.
