These grips were received quickly and were well-packaged. I want to increase grip strength for dead-hanging and more useful things. I find that there are several different ways to use them - finger tips parallel to the grip keys, finger tips perpendicular to the grip keys, and fingers between the first and second knuckles atop the grip keys. Each method works the fingers in different ways. The light one (blue) is useless for me. I start with the medium one (black), then go to the heavy one (red), and finish with the Xheavy one (green). So far, there has been no mechanical problem with their use. I use these in conjunction with a 150-lb hand grip. And yes, they are definitely increasing my grip strength. I use them about every third day.

Needed these for rehabilitation from minor stroke. Not made as well made as what I use in therapy, but it is great for the price I bought them for.

I bought these while I am rehabbing my wrist. I broke my wrist and am going to PT. I am working on gaining strength back in my fingers and wrists. I love the 3 strengths, light, medium and heavy. I am at the medium level and will work up to heavy. My. Physical therapist suggested I get these and they work great!

These are flimsy but they still work okay. The price is really good so it evens out.

So basically for the price you get 3 finger exercisors, i think made more for string instrument players, but anyone that needs to strenthen finger muscles maybe for rehab can use this as well. The light blue, is relatively easy. It shows each following grip is 4lbs more stronger going from blue, to black, to red. But just testing it from feel, going from light (blue), to black (medium), felt the most different. (medium felt rather hard) Then from medium to firm felt both not as different where the red was hard as well. Both medium and firm felt more on the firm side. I dont mind, i'll probably only use the light and medium. Overall for the price, it works. It's similar to the name brand versions except that it has no black rubber on the palm and finger sides, this is just all plastic. Even so, it works similarly and therefore i think should give the same results and save you some money. Plastic construction seems sturdy enough so why i'm giving this 5 stars because the price is right. I didn't get the same day shipping for whatever reason and i had items to make it more then the minimum shipping amount so be aware that it might ship a few days later.

I have small hands and couldn’t get the little finger to work. I just helped it along by pushing the top of my little finger with another finger. It work ok

I sustained tendonitis and tendosynovitis in my hand, and was recommended this style of grip trainer by my brother, what had used these during physio for a similar injury. The one he recommended to me cost A LOT, so I opted for this one instead. You can definitely feel the difference in quality compared to a higher end gripper, and it tends to "catch" a little bit on itself while it being used vigorously. But, honestly, considering how much cheaper it is than the real thing, that's just something I had to get used to
