You need to assemble the sections ! I used it for two big fires in our fire pit & it kept the sparks from escaping !!!It is very stable & solid , should last for many seasons ! I decided to put on my patio to keep it from eventually rusting !!!

Pros: size accurate, put together easy, price was better than others, black modern looking.Cons: took time to put together, not sure how sturdy this will be, or how “rust proof†it is.Time will tell on how this will hold out.

It’s easy enough to put together but don’t expect It to always look like it does when you first spot it. As soon as you cover a fire with it, the paint burns off and the metal mesh screen discolors. Then it rains. Then it rusts. That may be an evitable for any these regardless of who makes it but it’s definitely a disappointment. Otherwise it works well and does the job.

Multiple complaints here. The poker is cheap and flimsy. The bolt holding the hook at the top to remove screen detached as the screen got hot and dropped into the fire below. The screen became deformed with too much heat from the fire. I'm not sure there was anything right about this product!!!

Works great for keeping critters from fish and is fairly heavy. Added some extra blocks underneath so pond plants can still spill over the side. Basically just use it at night.
