Good quality, easy install. Gave a much needed update to an older 9’s style kitchen. Not noisy, pretty good suction operation. Lights give a bluer hue, not as crisp gold/white as I had hoped though. Unfortunately, you wouldn’t know that until installed.

Mounts easy, looks clean, has good airflow.Don’t stress over instructions telling you not to use flexible exhaust pipe. Fan comes with 8-10 feet of the flexible vent pipe included.

Easy to install and love how it looks! I noticed someone mention you need to turn it all on to turn the light on but that's incorrect. You just need to long press the light button to turn it on and off. We returned a stainless steel hood because it was bulkier and very hard to attach to wall. This one is 1000% better! Love it!

Chimney pieces are all severely dented. Hoping for a replacement from the company.Edit: Contacted company who were unwilling to stand by their product or send a replacement parts, just stopped talking to me (via email). They were unwilling to send two flimsy pieces of tin...won't shop with them again.

I love the look of the hood; however, the suction power is substandard.My 20 non ducted hood had more power than Firegas has.Very Disappointing!

I took my time for a perfect installation especially for the exhaust vent outside the house. Fan's noise is acceptance, better than I expected. I use it even to clean my kitchen of bad odors. It works fine and I m absolutely satisfied with it. The suction is okay, not so strong but does the job. I recommend it especially for small kitchen.
