This tool is a beast! The larger size is so much easier and accurate than those tiny, and mostly useless, contour tools. I will definitely buy from here again!

I have been looking for one of these that is not just a few inches long for years. A friend sent me the link, and I purchased one immediately. I love this tool! It does exactly what it’s intended to do, and it won’t ever leave my toolbox!

So far so good, but I usually like a brand new tool to arrive without rust (see pic, some of the screws were rusty straight out of the bag). Doesn't seem to have an impact on the tool, though, and so far the tool works fine. A little blast of cleaner and it should be cleared up.

I was actually cutting out a buddies rear deck in his car and replacing it with a bunch of speakers in birch. This tool didn't exactly do the work for me but it did give me a general idea on the curvature for the end of wood that meets the rear glass of the car. It would've been much harder without it and I believe it's something that every DIY guy should have laying around. Even though, in my application the execution didn't feel exactly flawless, it wasn't made for what I was using it for. But once you use it, you realize that you could've used it about 400 times in the past. lol.

Perfect for work. I use thise when relining tri axle dump body floors so i can match the floors to the bumpy beat up tailgates its a welders must for metal.

Unboxing this the magnets fell right off the contour gauge. Very poor. The gauge itself seems ok wish you could tighten the resistance of the gauge.

This is a brilliant bit of kit, enabling you to quickly replicate awkward profiles instead of messing about trying to make cardboard templates. It is has good length and depth, handy for the bigger job. Because it is so versatile you can “retake†the profile again and again until you’re sure it’s right. The only thing I can fault it for is a so-called “release†feature which on mine at least has no function at all.
