Born in Tumlingen, Artur Fischer is the creator of the S Plug since 1958.

The size, S8 refers to the diameter of the hole you'll be using it in. I needed to use them in drywall. I was able to make them work by cutting off the open end about 5/8 of an inch.

After using the correct drill size, the anchor will just spin in the hole when the screw is tightened, which is useless.Went to H.D. to get same size #8 anchors, which work fine in the very same holes with the same screws.
