This fish bone pliers and tweezer set are great. I just used it to debone a mackerel filet. Pulling the various bones was effortless. The curvature of the tweezers is excellent. It makes pulling the smallest pin bones very quick. My biggest worry was about pulling the bones, then pulling out a lot of the flesh, but that wasn't an issue.I have been looking at buy tweezers for a long time whenever I begin to debone a fish filet or a whole fish. I'm glad I bought this set, the pliers even made pulling bones out easy too. I can't wait to filet more fish with this set!

The pliers worked 100% of the time.The important thing to know is that you must grip the large end of the bone for consistent success.
