I ordered this workout blade after my son’s physical therapist had him use one during his sessions. Initially, I just wanted him to be able to duplicate his therapy at home, but our whole family has ended up using it. Great for working out different muscles in the arms, shoulders and back, and also keeps the core engaged.It came with a pictorial of different exercises to be done with the blade and those honestly don’t make sense to me, so we have stuck to what the physical therapist showed, plus just a few common sense moves. Great to keep around for quick workouts, especially since it takes up virtually no space.

I have double impingement and am going through PT. I use a body blade brand bar at PT and didn't really want to offload that much cash for one. The reviews on this one were good so I decided to opt for this affordable alternative.It's great. There is a good deal of play in the ends once you get it humming. You can really feel all the muscles engaging and it even comes with suggested exercises to enhance your experience.If you're blade-curious, this is an effective alternative at a very budget-conscious price.

I purchased this because, in physical therapy for a neck injury, the therapist introduced me to it and had me do the arm exercise shown on the Amazon page. The vibration it sets up helps to eliminate muscle stiffness and stimulates muscle development. I have added other exercises with it and use it both for warmup and cooldown. It has eliminated muscle pain, and my neck now moves more freely.

I purchased this fitness bar after foolishly watching another darn TIKTOK video that promised me glorified arms and chiseled abs in less than 60 seconds. After watching a random asian gentlemen turn from a round cabbage to a glorfied defined god in seconds (the joys of cut and paste), I hypnotically rushed to my Amazon account and immediately purchased one of these fantastic elastic excercise bars with the hope and dreams of becoming a picturesque sweaty greek god pumping muscle by simply shaking a bar......Well it didn't work - LOL!It now is a pretty ornament in the corner of my office, and if you squint really well it looks like a piece of art. Who am I Kidding - YOU DON'T NEED IT!
