FITS FOR FORD POWERSTROKE
FICM MOUNTING BUSHING SET
Fits 2003 - 2010
If your FICM mounting bushings have been lost or are deteriorated, it is critical to replace them. They are vital to isolate the delicate circuitry inside the FICM from the vibration of the engine. Early failure of the Fuel Injection Control Module will result if these bushings are not in place.
Sold as a complete set of (4) pieces.

Fromt FICM mount had short studs -and no rubber at all nothing at all in back when taken off -cut sleeves to make front work long bolts at back fixed prior shade tree stuff. Rubber was right stiffness.

So there are two different styles of bushings and early model and late model my trucks an 04.5 F350 an I had to get longer bolts for the rear of the ficm and was able to figure out how to lengthen the front post studs without having to cut anything just used a wood tie nut M6 metric to extend the stud and used a 1/4 inch M6 bolt to tighten it up

These do fit on the FICM nicely but are too tall to mount it. For the rear 2 bolts under the cowl you can get longer bolts and use these but the front mounting uses studs so these can’t be used in the front at all.

These inserts working better than one's came in the truck my truck is little different my in 1st 2003 the truck's they took the 7.3 out and put the dt365 motor so my 6.0 is different but still work better

Bushings seamed to be decent quality. But was to tall for the stock studs in the front and bolts in the rear. Ended up removing the studs out of the front and using nuts and bolts in the front and buying longer bolts in the rear.

This is a well-designed vibration dampener. The sleeve nut goes all the way through the rubber grommets and firmly hits the solid metal of the engine. The rubber completely isolates the FICM from the engine vibration. The only issue (at least in my late model 2004) is that the FICM is raised slightly above its original position and now makes contact with the coolant reservoir. This may result in a future failure of the reservoir's plastic. If it does, I'm pretty sure that won't be good for the engine or the FICM.

Just need to slightly modify the silicone cups, by slightly i mean use a razor blade and cut one less than a 1/4 of an inch or about 2-5mm so they seat better. If you do both dont cut passed a 1/4. Also upgrade your hardware with new shinny longer screws. Your going to need them with these bad boys. Keep a 1/4 in mind through out this job.

I was finishing up the rebuild. When to my surprise. UPS walked up my driveway, just as I was fixing to put the old parts on. I was able to flush the oil cooler and entire cooling system. Had an oil blow out and forcing oil into the cooling system. Going to leave it hooked up for future flushing. Thank you so much for very fast shipping. Used the FICM rubber mounts.
