I got these for my dad who has fluctuating edema. We tried several different brands before finding Fitville. So glad we found them. This is the third purchase of their shoes. They are roomy and well made. He says they are very comfortable and don’t rub. Will definitely purchase again.

I really like these. They seem like they would be very comfortable and they look well made, but unfortunately I found them slightly too small for me. I can get my foot in them, but I can feel the front of the shoe. Basically, the (US) 13 is a little small, so you may want to bear that in mind when you order.They're very well cushioned inside and easy to get on and off your feet. The soles are thick and unlikely to wear out any time soon. Color-wise, they look exactly as they appear in the store page images and the store page description is, as far as I can tell, correct. As the description says, there's no pulling or crushing - the wide fit is nice and the insole is nice and bouncy.At CAD $95.99 at time of writing, they do seem a little high priced but it's all about the comfort really. I've paid more for less comfortable shoes, so I think the deal is pretty good if these are your kind of shoe. If they'd been just a touch bigger, I would have given them five stars.

Lighter than I expected, but the sole is very high.They did seem wider than standard through the entire length of the sho, not just the toe box, and fit my hubby's wide foot. But he wasn't sure about the overall height of the sole. I'd say you're probably close to 2" off the ground when you put them on, so I do understand what he means. These are very chunky shoes all round, with the main body of the shoe being quite high from the insole to the top of the foot, so although the length is reasonable, they do feel a bit big on him. Loose all over, rather than too big.They do have a lot of spring in the sole though, and good traction even on smoother surfaces like laminate.In terms of looks, the quality of the materials didn't seem great for the price, so you're paying for the wide fit here, I think. I have no problem with the mesh style shoes--both myself and hubby have several pairs--but the overlaid pieces of PU do look a bit basic for the price. However the actual construction did seem very good, with all the stitching and glueing very neat and well executed, giving the impression of a very sturdy pair of shoes.He found them very easy to slip on and off, and comfy to walk in, although he did say that the padded back of the ankle at the top was too high and pressed rather hard against his tendon because it wasn't notched.I'd say that for use in and arounf the house these might be fine, but they're not really suitable for walking distances, and due to the very high sole I wouldn't want to give them to anyone who was at all unsteady on their feet.
