This assortment of key ring supplies is fairly robust, including key rings (with attached chains), jump rings (which are a bit on the larger side - great for key rings, but not dainty enough for jewelry!), and small eye screws. I learned quickly that the eye screws are much easier to work with if you have a small pair of pliers - I started getting blisters on my finger tips from trying to turn them by hand before I realized there are actually tools for these kinds of things... Once I got the hang of them, though, I started trying to turn EVERYTHING into a keychain, and plan to purchase another set when this one runs out.

The jump rings are a little on the big side and quite sturdy, so they are perfect for key chains but wouldnt be good if you were wanting something more delicate. The key rings themselves are pretty good and normal.The hook-eye screws (the ones that have a ring on top that you can screw into things) seem decently sturdy and have a decent sized threading.

These keychain rings are good quality and durable. Perfect size. Love the silver look. Great functionality. Definitely recommend these for all your keychain making needs.

These are all nice key rings. I like that it comes with extra rings to make the chain longer. It also comes with a good number of screw ended eye pins. I looked over each of the key rings, and they all are good quality. They're a standard size and standard thickness and made of good material. They're made out of metal and do not warp from their circular shape. It is easy to get keys onto them. There are a whole lot of them, so my kids and I will be able to make a whole lot of keychains!

This kit is functional, if not exactly inspiring. It has all the basics covered for making keychains, and the components are decent enough. Nothing fancy, but it’ll definitely get the job done for anyone who, unlike me, isn’t constantly distracted by the next shiny project.

Depending how you use these, they can be cute or just frustrating. I started by using charms I had on hand, and the pre-opened jump rings make this a super fast way to throw together a cute key chain. I make a lot of my own resin pendants, and this is where this set became frustrating. I created holes in those pieces with a pin vise, but the very first eye pin I tried to screw into a pre-drilled hole got just so far and snapped off. Now I have not just a broken screw but a pendant I'm no longer able to use because the hole has been plugged up with the broken screw. There isn't enough of it above the resin's surface to grab and unscrew it, so that's a piece lost. But better for this to happen to me than to someone who may have bought one of my pieces and then had to deal with the eye screw snapping off. Those screws are the weakness in this kit, and given that I'd planned to use my own hand-crafted resin pieces rather than charms, I'm going to have to purchase better eye screws if I'm to continue using this kit as I'd like to. Used for charms, it’s great. Used for what it’s been assembled to do, it’s not a good experience.

This kit is fantastic! It includes the eye screws, connector links, and the key ring with the chain, so you just need a pair of pliers to close the link and you're set to start making your own keychains! There's more than enough here to make enough for friends and family as gifts, or explore a new hobby! They're easy to use. I've already made 15 keychains and I'm actively looking for more odds and ends to turn into key chains.
