I had an older big river goose call. It has lasted me for close to 17 years and finally is cracked so many times and has been glued so many times it lost its functionality. I bought this one and it is absolutely great perfect perfect perfect call not only for long distance calling but for short distance calling as well

This call has a deep rich tone! Also very easy to use! We work geese in a very heavy agricultural area. And with this call we have no problem pulling them off other feilds around our hunting area!!

Worst goose flute I've ever blown. Straight out of the package it sounded great for the first couple of blows. On about the 4th time sounded horrible. Adjusted it to sound right again. Lasted about 3 times again. I just can't keep it in tune. Don't waste your time or money on this call.
