Place the bottom of the nipple perpendicular to the ruler or nipple measure tool card.
Determine Your Size
Use a size chart for guidance on the proper size for the fit. If your nipple rubs or feels squeezed in the flange channel, it is an unsuitable flange size and you need to replace the right size flange/insert.

I suggest anyone who pumps to get a flange kit. I always thought that the pain during pumping was just a part of the pumping process. With the proper size flange I have no pain pumping. This has a rage of sizes- they are easy to put into whatever size shield came with your pump- I have used it with a couple different pumps that I have.

Exclusive pumping mom and I bbsolutely love these flanges! I’m so glad that it’s essentially a variety pack of different sizes since I’ve been pumping for 8 weeks so far and my flange size has changed a couple times. They’re silicone and therefore comfy. They fit in both my momcozy and my spectra pumps as well!

These little flanges are so important in your pumping journey. I before was not educated about having the correct flange size so I would try to pump with the size that came with the pump and would barely get 1 oz combined. With these flanges, I now know my correct nips size and am able to get 8+ oz.

Really like that this set includes multiple sizes as I didn’t know your flange size can decrease as you breastfeed. So I started using the 17mm and went down to 13/15 mm about 2.5-3 months postpartum. I’ve hand washed and then sterilized in our baby brezza sterilizer/dryer and haven’t had any issues. The only thing I would complain about is that it’s hard to read what size each insert is. The font blends in so you really have to look to see what size you’re grabbing. Not a huge deal since you’re realistically using one size but I happen to have different sizes for my right vs left breast so it’s just a little inconvenient. If they changed how the size was printed on the insert, I’d have no complaints!

Works great with all of my pumps. I have used them with my Spectra S2, Freemie Independence II, and Momcozy S12 Pro. They are nice to have as many pumps do not have flanges available in smaller sizes and you can adjust the size as needed over time.

this came in so handy for many reasons , my mom cozy pump only came with 2 falange sizes and the sizes were too big and made it painful to pump , i love that this pack also came with something to measure so u can find ur size and its also very easy to use, love love this product and its a very affordable price not too pricy

These fit well into the medela freestyle wireless pump. They were easy to find the correct size. Super easy to clean them in between uses. Although it feels wasteful having so many unused pieces it was nice to have a variety of sizes to ensure the correct fit.

Fabulous set, I have used these with both a Medela and my Philips pump. No problems at all, increased supply and comfort. Although I don't exclusively pump.
