Bought this cable to replace a few that stopped working. I'm a full time professional photographer and use my gear daily. Cable wear out... this cable is a good replacement. Be sure you order the right one. This is a v2, there is also a v1 version.

Very well made cable. I like to have my battery pack on my hip, so the only complaint I have is that it is too short and has a habit of pulling out of the battery pack. I might mount the batt pack on my bracket or I may see if they make longer one.

I picked up a streaklight and a co-worker suggested that I grab a spare power cord as they tend to crap out rather quickly. I'm 4 months into work (shooting real estate ~ 8-10 properties per week on average), and my second cable just died on me. I usually have the battery pack on my hip and only connect/disconnect with the power turned off so I am annoyed to think that I may have to buy another new power cord every 2 months. That's about $200 a year that I'd rather not spend on a cable.

The protective plastic that goes over the wires is worn out on three out of three that I have. When I use regularly the other two I hardly ever use. This is the weak link of the package.
