Installed behind propane wall heater. Blocks heat, can hardly feel heat, may get another one. Not overpriced, works well.

I was looking for a small hearth protector for our short leg wood stove. Most all protectors that I found were much larger than I wanted. This welding heat mat fits under the stove (and in between the legs) allowing me to remove it when I want (for cleaning and such). Very happy to have found this mat.

Used to go hot tenting during the winter. Very durable, worked well at keeping the ground safe from fire. Perfect size for what I needed it for.

Perfect, even tried to set it on fire with a jet-lighter, but it just took it. Soft too and light too. Definitely better than the fiberglass ones (those get tiny glass fibers everywhere.. imagine touching your when some small fiberglass hairs are stuck on your hand?). This is more than worth the extra $ over those.
