This was my go to collar for my animals, however the product is made very cheaply. When you pull the end of the collar thru the loop it breaks every time. I called the maker and talked with one of their people, essentially they can’t be bothered. Its not worth the time and hassle to fix the collar every time it breaks nor is it worth the time or hassle sending it back to Amazon for a refund. I give up 🤷ðŸ¼â€â™€ï¸after dealing with this same issue over and over again 🙄I suppose this is the definition of crazy when you do the same thing over and over again expecting a different outcome, but it never fails to disappoint. I will look else where for a good natural collar.

The collar smells good, seems to be helping repel some fleas.The collar is very stiff & hard. If possible to make it more flexible & a softer material would be much better.A few fleas remain, however I feel it is a safe alternative & better than not having one.

Be extremely careful when taking out of the package, as it's break-away feature broke immediately when I was getting it out of the packaging. He's keeping it on without it even being clasped, but it's been a couple of days now and fleas are still bothering him near the collar. I wouldn't recommend this item.

Item broke at clasp while putting on cat. Other collar worked. Since this item is not returnable I won’t buy it again.
