I'm very pleased with the ingredients, and quality of this product. My babies already tried buckwheat, oatmeal, corn, and rice cereals. We also tried the goat milk version and cow and both didn't disappoint. You can control thickness with the amount of water or milk. I did find it expand over time, so I would mix it until it is just a little bit runny and leave it for a few minutes. Both of my babies love the taste and texture.
