I have been a dewalt trim router guy for years. I actually own 2 of them.. but all the extras you get and a bit more power with the flex is a welcome up grade. I be buying flex moving forward.

I have always wanted a trim router, so when I saw this complete kit, I grabbed it. First of all, this appears to be every bit as high quality as some of the more well known brands in the mid-tier category. The kit includes the router, battery, battery charger, guide accessories and tool bag. Bits are not included.The router has some cool features, like the unique depth adjuster, the spindle stop and quick release for fast bit changes, and the variable speed settings. It also comes with a lifetime warranty, which is a great plus.The only thing I have an issue with is the price for this unit. When compared to other tools in this category with similar features and quality, this tool actually costs more. In fact, you can pick up a DeWalt similar to this for less money.That being said, this is definitely a high quality tool that has many features, works well and is warrantied for life.

This is not a high end $1000 tool from the truck... but this will work, this will do the job and well.if you already have other FLEX tools this will fit right in and is powerful enough and well constructed to handle every day jobs and light business duties.
