I purchase several things on Amazon and was giving pretty in-depth reviews. From this point on, here's the new agenda…. if it works as advertised, is well made, meets or exceeds the description, is a value, and arrives in a fair amount of time, it will get a "star rating" equal to what my expectations were/are. If it doesn't meet these criteria, then I will most definitely and descriptively tell the short comings of the products and you as a consumer will not have to go through the trouble of buying the product without some background knowledge. If the sell pulls that item and relists under another description, I will put the exact same review on the seller's feedback page. Sellers have done this a couple of times in the past, and I was true to my word then as well as now. DR

Hardly stretches, and the button part is too big around to fit in the pants buttonhole without a struggle. I had other extenders that worked some much better. Unfortunately, I can't fine that brand. It's a shame product are made this way.

I highly recommend these. I’ve used other ones with springs that stretch out so they’re useless or fabric that never actually matches and look awful. The work great and are very unobtrusive. Back to buy more

My husband likes these. Every once in a while we get a little excessively chunky around the waste, these worked so he could wear that pair of pants that did not fit. Recommend this purchase.

I am just a satisfied customer who with common sense and reasonable expectations. If you are looking for a product that stretches, don’t purchase this - IT’S NOT SUPPOSED TO! This is made of durable rubber. If it stretches, it has lost it’s integrity and is about to break.I have run mine thru the washer/dryer and it’s still holding true. I wouldn’t recommend this, but at least you’ll know you have some free passes for being absentminded.

I have a pair of cords that are a great colour and fabric, but were bought a size too small for me. The brass button was going to tear through the buttonhole, and they were less than comfortable around the waist. I was thinking of giving them to an app shop, but fortunately found these small extenders. The extender adds only a small amount of extra space, but makes a huge difference, as now I can wear my trousers without discomfort.
