I flunked physical therapy for tennis elbow...twice. Even the hand specialist was at a loss. None of my exercises were helping the pain. Rest would have it calm down for a minute, but it would flare up as soon as I went back to normal activities - normal like opening a jar or lifting a container of laundry detergent, not playing tennis on the circuit. I saw a climber on YouTube extolling the virtues of the therapy bar and crediting it with helping his elbow pain. Desperate, I ordered one. Y'all! The pain was gone in a week. I kept up with doing the exercises a couple of times a week and so far, so good.

I paid less and tried the off brand name product. It has only been a week or so, but it seems decent, best I can tell. I did not ever have the name brand one to compare to. I have golfer’s elbow (elbow pain), and got it to do exercises for my forearms/wrists. Adult male, average size and strength, and I got the 35# red one, extra heavy, and it seems about right. I would not steer most adult men to a lighter one. I only did not give it 5 stars because I never compared to the name brand, and I don’t know about durability yet.

Easy to use while watching tv or other exercise like stationary recumbent bike. It is important to match bar choice to your capabilities. Too light bar no strength progress, too difficult and you will lose incentive.

**Review for the Flex Therapy Bar: A Game-Changer for Tennis Elbow Recovery**As someone who has struggled with tennis elbow for months, I can confidently say that the Flex Therapy Bar has been a lifesaver. This simple yet highly effective tool has made a significant difference in my recovery journey, and I can’t recommend it enough for anyone dealing with similar issues.**Design and Build Quality:**The Flex Therapy Bar is incredibly well-designed. It’s lightweight, durable, and easy to grip, making it perfect for daily use. The bar comes with adjustable resistance levels, which is fantastic because it allows you to gradually increase the intensity as your strength improves. The ergonomic handles ensure a comfortable grip, even during longer sessions, and the overall build feels sturdy enough to withstand regular use.**Effectiveness:**The primary reason I bought the Flex Therapy Bar was to strengthen my forearm and alleviate the pain from tennis elbow. After just a few weeks of consistent use, I noticed a significant reduction in pain and an improvement in my grip strength. The twisting motion that the bar facilitates targets the exact muscles and tendons affected by tennis elbow, promoting healing and preventing further strain. It’s amazing how such a simple device can deliver such noticeable results.**Ease of Use:**One of the best things about the Flex Therapy Bar is how easy it is to incorporate into your daily routine. The exercises are straightforward, and the included guide provides clear instructions on how to perform them correctly. Even if you’re new to rehabilitation exercises, you’ll find the Flex Therapy Bar intuitive and user-friendly. I typically spend just 5-10 minutes a day using it, and the convenience factor is a huge plus.**Portability:**Another standout feature is its portability. The bar is compact and lightweight, making it easy to take with you wherever you go. Whether I’m at home, in the office, or traveling, I can easily fit in a quick session without any hassle.**Value for Money:**Considering the benefits it provides, the Flex Therapy Bar is an excellent investment. It’s far more affordable than ongoing physical therapy sessions, and it empowers you to take control of your recovery at your own pace. The durability and versatility of the bar make it worth every penny.**Final Thoughts:**If you’re dealing with tennis elbow or looking to strengthen your forearms, the Flex Therapy Bar is a must-have. It’s effective, easy to use, and incredibly convenient. After just a few weeks of use, I’ve experienced a noticeable improvement in my condition, and I’m confident that continued use will lead to a full recovery. Highly recommended!**Rating: 5/5**

it was not as advertised with 35lbs of resistance more like 10-15lbs because i let my wife use it and she can twisted easier than a bar from a different company which is rated at 15lbs which she has a hard time twisting

I needed something like what my therapist was using when I had hand surgery on both hands. My therapist suggested this, as a way to continue my therapy at home. It is easy to use and gave me the flexibility and strength in my thumbs and hands, that i needed to regain the use of my hands.
