I was looking for a connector to Join 2 shop-vac hoses that are 1 7/8." After scouring the internet and Amazon, I opted to buy the 1.5" connector to try it, luckily the hoses threaded on and fit perfectly.

I do like this product, it’s nice and flexible. However, I didn’t know that both of the female ends have threatening. So in order for it to fit on my Mytee Speedster, I will have to grind off the threads from one of the ends. Other than that, it’s good. ðŸ‘ðŸ½

As soon as it was delivered, I checked to thread it on the Stanley 1 7/8 shop vac hose and I'm surprised it threads on just perfectly fine. Of course you may need to put some silicone to seal. Now I can add another 6 feet to the vacuum.

This fit my 2 hoses and did exactly what it is meant to do. I have a Ridgid 1 1/2" hose and just purchased. a Cen-tec 30ft hose which is 1 1/2" on one end and 1 1/4" on the other. This fit both hoses on the 1 1/2" ends and now gives me the distance to reach were it need too.

I don’t have to drag my vacuum anymore with this attachment I was able to use both hoses together
