Chair goes together pretty easily. I did it in less than an hour & I'm a little old lady. Decent allen wrench tool (better than Ikea's). It's got a nice big cushy seat, lumbar back rest & headrest. Pneumatics to move seat up and down work easily once you figure out how.Haven't been able to figure out how to lock the lumbar in a higher position. Maybe it doesn't? Also, right side arm rest will not raise/lower. I'm going to contact vendor and see if I can get just that piece replaced. Left side does everything that it's supposed to do.Overall, for a couple hundred bucks, it's a pretty good chair.

I received the chair and put it together and probably less than an hour. The chair itself was pretty good quality but the foot stool had broken. I contacted the merchants sent them pictures of the damage and they very quickly sent out a replacement. I would recommend doing business with this merchant because they made it real easy for me. The chair was comfortable and provided great back support.

Going from a gaming chair from Costco this chair is so comfortable in comparison. I now can get through a full workday with out hip and lower back pain.

I ordered this chair after having a poor experience following a different chair order. My adjustable desk is by Flexispot, so I decided to try the same brand for a chair to go with it. I work remotely full time, and was experiencing back pain. This chair provides a ton of lumbar support, and has a bunch of customizable features. The mesh is springy and breathable. I recommend this chair.

This chair is incredible for $100. I bought it because it came with a bundle coupon with a standing desk from Flexispot so I figured it would be a very cheap quality add on but so far so great. I figured worst case I could return it and net the 10% discount on the pair.Very comfortable and adjustable so will definitely be keeping it. Easy assembly. A definite buy, great value for the money.

I purchased this chair almost solely because of the "diagram" in the product descriptions, that shows a maximum seat height of 21.5 inches "at the base of the seat assembly". However, after full assembly, and measurement, it turns out that the height is "barely" 21 inches "at the top of the sitting surface" (this is at HUGE mistake in the diagram, and EXTREMELY misleading!), rendering my purchase completely useless, since I already had an old chair with that height.As everyone reading this will understand, returning chairs are a near-impossibility, owing to the sheer pain of disassembling them, packaging, paying shipping fees, and the like!I would never buy from this supplier again, and would like to caution anyone about misleading labeling and diagrams on the product pamphlets that these people put out. I have--for all practical purposes--lost 200+ dollars!
